Power windows working but power locks are not

Electrical Problems...HELP PLEASE

Hello..i recently was just given a 2001 GMC Jimmy SLE that was bought at a repo auction. The car is in great mechanical shape. (190k miles but a family friend has rebuilt the engine and tranny for me) There are a few cosmetic things that are bothering me though. The car was a repo..so i have a key that doesnt have a chip in it. (i dont know if all Jimmy keys do not have one in it) Also since it was a repo car i do not have a remote lock. The power locks do not work..the only way i can lock the car is if i manually push down the locks (i cannot lock the back hatch..and the back botten doesnt open the glass part of the hatch). But yet the power windows work fine. I was wondering if you guys could help me figure out how i can fix the power locks, and figure out how to lock the back hatch. I already checked the fuse...and the fuse is fine, and also..would a quick easy fix be just buying a replacement remote lock off ebay? The power lock problem wouldnt bother me that much if there was a way to lock the back hatch.
Also..the driver power seat does not work.

There is a door lock/key fob receiver) module that probably went bad ( this is if fob does not work but door locks still work manually)OR the door lock relay is burned out. Most likely door lock relay is burned out from what you are describing. . The module is only for the key fob function but if its burned up it may affect the door locks
