Problem with 1999 gmc Sierra amp hook up?

I have all the wires ran(bat, ground, and rem) but I'm not sure if I have it hooked up right or war but the amp will not power the subs it turns on just doesn't power them please HELP! Hu is a clarion cz309
Rcas are hooked up also

you need RCA's to send audio signal from the head unit to the amp, with out them there will be no sound.
