Problem with water staying in the doors after a rain or washing?

Does anyone else have a problem with water staying in the doors until the door is opened? My 2017 SLT and now my 2021 AT4 both have had this problem. The 17 dealer replaced the gasket, readjusted the doors, drilled the drain holes out bigger and nothing solved the problem and now the 21 is doing the same thing. After a rain when opening the door water comes out of at least 2 but depending on how much rain all 4 could leak.

I had that problem on one door of my 2012 Sierra, but it ended up just being really clogged drain holes on that door.
