I recently picked up a project truck. I have my built v6 silverado, but now i have a 05 v6 sierra. I've seen one write up where a guy put a 350 small block in place of a v6. It's a better option than a newer small block like the 5.3l because the 350 will bolt right up without change motor mounts. I'm just curious if i could use vortec 350 parts and keep it fuel injected. I know the pcm for the 4.3l is the same as the vortec 5.7l and the vortec 5.0l it just has the be recalibrated. Anyone have more precise write up they know of? Anything will help!
Plan for the truck is a 290hp long block, with probably around a 100 shot of nitrous.. Using Walker quietflow mufflers and single exhaust exit should keep the sound under wrap
