Hello everyone. I recently replaced the Bose factory head unit in my 2006 GMC Envoy Denali with a Pioneer AppRadio 3 (love it by the way). Because I wanted to retain my steering wheel controls the install cost me a pricey $600. Now I am looking to replace my factory speakers and tweeters with Diamond brand. But because I spent so much on the head unit installation I'm looking to do it myself. I found some great videos on youtube for removing the door panel, but it looks pretty complicated for a novice. So my questions is this:
Is it possible to replace the factory speakers without removing the entire door panel (maybe just prying open the bottom half)?
Anyone who has done this your help would be much appreciated, thanks.
