Rear Sway Bar

I am going to put a rear sway bar on my truck.
all I need is an OEM one, but junk yards are no help.
they have the bar, but I need everything to mount it on my truck.
Hellwig unit has everything, but it mounts to the rear crossmember.
it looks like it might limit the size of my spare tire.
2011 sierra 1500 RWD
anybody got any advise or recommendations ?

I bought and installed the Hellwig unit p/n 7800
it is very hard to bolt the matching mounts at the same angle and location as the other
I haven't test drove it yet that will be tomorrow morning on my way to work
In the past few weeks I have been taking the freeway interchange ramp faster and faster
the last time was almost 85mph and it was spooky (before I hear any shit about it ,its at 5am and nobody else on the ramp! )
I figure the sway bar will stiffen the suspension a bit, so I went two clicks softer on my adjustable Rancho shocks
