Rear wheel brake cylinders

Hi folks,

I've got a couple of questions. I took my 2011 GMC Sierra 4x4 truck in for servicing and they told me my rear wheel brake cylinders were weeping. Is it normal for a 3 year old truck with 23k to be experiencing this issue?

I'm also bothered by the thought that having this happen so soon could mean it's gonna be a continuous problem. So has anyone had this problem?
