I'm new to this forum and hopefully I'm posting in the right spot. I just purchased a 2010 GMC Sierra Extended cab w/a short bed. It's being shipped here to KC and should be arriving next week:)

I'm trying to find the best tonneau cover with the option to have a ladder rack. I've looked at some options from Ladder Rac, Bakflip CS, and Pace Edwards. Are there other manufacturers out there that I should be looking at? Has anyone had experiences with the above systems? Thanks for any help that can be provided!

I doubt what you are looking for exists, tonneau are basically a dress up item. Once these are in place, use of the box is limited to hauling what ever fit under the covers.

This co makes some HD aluminum covers.....

I got almost the exact same truck (just with the regular bed) and I got a soft cover tonneau cover from autoanything.com. Mine is set up that it attaches without any screwing into the body of the truck, and the cover rolls up right against the window on the forward side of the bed. the support bars pop off easy enough, and it takes about 30 seconds to move the cover out of the way enough to have full use of the bed. I can't remember what brand mine is exactly (the truck is stateside while i'm stationed overseas for a year), but i do remember, as i said before, that i got it from autoanything.com. Hope this helps.
