Remouval wire harness

Cut a wire true my firewall trying to install a new wire for my plow. But now would like to fix wire. Remove fuse box and disconnect wire in engine bay.how to remove the one under dash board and how to remove grommet. To exit wire harness to engine bay. Thank you
