Replacement Transmission 1985 4x4 GMC Sierra 1500?

Anyone know any good transmission, preferably 5 speed with a granny low. I was looking at a NV4500 but don't know the spline counts. Its an older 350 SB (previous owner said crate motor, but around here that sometimes means a motor out of an older vehicle) Its got 4 speed with low from factory.

700r4 is one of the better trannys and the gears are super low. But its a 4 speed
