RH Front fender removal and headlight problem

Hey guys im trying to replace my fender after hitting a moose, i cant figure it out, do i need to remove the bumper, and un adjust the door hinges or is it just remove the bumper and the bolts?? any help is welcome

oh yah and my high beams dont work, the indicator is always on and i switch ti high beams and the lights go off no relays are damaged, and no fuses are blown, im thinking its a short to ground, bt cant find anything, can anyone help??
