Hi everybody,

-95 Sonoma 2.2L 120,000k manual

I recently bought this truck 2 weeks ago and have had nothing but problems. Last week I went to start it up in the morning and the whole truck was shaking and barely running. Sounded like the muffler was going to fall off. It had a crack in it so I taped it up till I can replace the muffler. I was able to run the truck at high rpm till operating temp (210) was reached then the truck runs normal? These symptoms don't happen everyday but every other.

I have replaced spark plugs(.60), spark plug wires, check fuel pressure (30psi w/ key on and 41-58psi when running) checked for vacuum leak and found none, MAF sensor, ATS sensor, checked egr and is working, radiator flush, thermostat. I replaced the coolant temp sensor yesterday and now its overheating or at least it says it is.

Any help would be great, thanks

*Update* I put the old coolant sensor back in this morning and now its not overheating. I guess it was a crappy one from shucks.

Also I can get the truck to run normal when its cold if I don't touch the gas pedal. As soon as I do it starts to shake and run rough. Thoughts?
