seirra brake light is dinging

i have a 2000 gmc sierra and the abs was acting up so i took the fuse out and that fixed that problem but now i have the brake light flashing and there is a dinging like i am not wearing my seat belt but it doesn't stop. where can i disconnect this or is there a fuse for this. please help it is driving me crazy

my 2001 dings only when the e-brake is on, allthough both abs and brake lights are on but thats because my abs computer needs replacing..... i do not recommend pulling fuses to stop the dings and lights. stopping is just about the most important part of the problem. my opinion would be to find the root of the problem and fix the brakes...
