I have a 2000 Jimmy 4x4. After I got it I noticed a smoke/steam coming from under the hood. Brought it to the garage, they said it was from a mouse nest.
Its been about two months and the problem has come back.
The smoke/steam is colorless to faint white. Some times has a bit of burnt rubber smell. Comes from the back of the engine-bay. and a little from the passenger side.
The only other factor that was present in both instances is the use of the 4WD. could that have anything to do with it?
