Not that bad, all you needed is the swivel spark plug socket and a 6" extension. If you have the 4.3 vortec then you would know what hard was when it was time to remove the #3 plug.

Oh I know hard, near impossible with busted knuckles, blood and cursing etc.
I had an 2000 GMC Safari with a 4.3, crazy tough to get at.
