I would check all your grounds. Had an 05 Sierra that did the same things. Tossed parts at it until I pretty much replaced every sensor, new fuel pump. Then I was told about this ground box that is located under the driver side that gets wet and rusted out, never had a chance to fix it cause we traded it in as is.
