Steering on 1998-

Good Morning Guys, I have 98 GMC Z-71. The steering on my GMC is so easy to turn I was wondering if this is normal for a 98. I have a 95 GMC and that steering is totally different.

Also, can i program the fob keyless from my 95 GMC to my 98 GMC.
