Stereo Door Open Chiming

Hey there, I've got a new 2015 Canyon and I was wondering how to listen to the stereo with the key in ACC mode and not get the door open chimes? I've turned the stereo on without the key in but it turns off automatically after 9 minutes or so and then I have to turn it back on each time. Surely they have to know that people like listening to their radio when they work on their trucks?

Anybody have any ideas?

I think you can take your truck to the dealer and they can turn the chime off thur the computer....with my 06 I had a different radio put in ,they had to set it up with the computer and they ask if I wanted to turn off door chimes and bells ,I did and after that I never got open chimes of seat belt lites or chimes....Don't see why 2015 would be any different.....JMO
