Super Cruise Crash

Had a crash while operating super cruise on way home from picking up from dealer. Dealer entire explanation was “ this is the button to start super cruise’ Stopped on way home looked in owners manual , nothing about SC ,not even listed in index. Hit one of those trash can sized traffic cones at start of lane closure.Expected SC to change lanes realized to late it wasn’t going to. Anyone else have super cruise?
