Throttle Position Sensor/Brake 1995 GMC Jimmy SLS 4WD?

When I press the brake pedal thecar accelerates... I know it needs a throttle position sensor, but could these possibly be connected.. I just don't see how????????????

no the cables are probably just rubbing each other

it could be a number of problems check your:
glamacis
cinder block
headlight fluid
