Tiny sound " like tick tick" while driving slowly on curves or turns

Hello All,

I have bought 2012 Acadia AWD last November. after I made the maintenance with the agent for 70,000 KM. there were a sound its like tick, tick when driving slowly or on the start accelerating specially when there is cracked on the roads.
unfortunately they didn't fix it and they have change the rear and front breaks pads.

"the sounds it seems like two metal crack into each other".

Does anyone has experience the same problem??
