Tires/Turning Radius

Does bigger tires effect turning radius at all..? The stock size for my 95 GMC Sierra is suppose to be LT225/75/R16. When i bought the truck it had bigger tires on it, LT265/75R16. Was just wondering if this at all effects the turning radius of my truck. Only reason i ask is because i noticed that it doesn't have a very sharp turning radius.

From what I know, about the only things that affects the turning radius of a truck is how much the steering wheels are allowed to turn and how long the wheel base of the truck is. The longer the wheel base, the greater the turning radius.
