tow mirrors and cab lights

I recently purchased a 2015 gmc 2500hd. It didn't come with the tow mirrors or cab lights. The dealership told me that they couldn't put them on due to they were having problems with the wiring when swapping them out. Anyone Else Have This issue? Is there a way around it?
