Tpms not working in one tire/bad ?

2008 GMC SERRIA 1500 4x4 5.3 MOTOR CREW CAB
Im having a problem with regards to setting the TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM
OK I followed the RESET PROCEDURE for calibrating the TIRE SENSOR
i PUSHED BOTH BUTTONS on the alarm remote heard the horn beep twice
let air out of the drivers front tire till i heard the beep , went to the passengers front tire let the air out of that tire till i heard the beep , went to the passengers rear tire let air out but IT NEVER BEEPED THE HORN .
I continued to the drivers rear tire let the air out and it beeped went back to the PASSENGERS REAR tire and let the air out again and it never beeped?
IS THAT SENSOR BAD ? and just replace the sensor and the system will work fine after that .
THESE SENSORS ARE NOT CHEEP like $ 53.00 / EACH
any help would greatly be appriciated thank you very much Anthony .....
Also on the DIC info center it say SERVICE THE TIRE MONITOR SYSTEM

Does anyone know if the REAR PASSENGER sensor is bad ,Someone has had to come Accross this no?
