So last night on my way home from work my 95 Sierra started acting up, i would be driving at a constant speed and it seemed like the transmission would disengage and the RPMs would fly up and id have no acceleration. And then i got on the Freeway and it seemed like it didnt want to go into its final gear because i was stuck doing 60 miles an hour at 4,000RPM and not shift out of the lower gear!! Am i in need of a new transmission or what?? any knowledgable advice would be appreciated! Thanks Guys
