Hello. Maybe someone can offer some suggestions.
My 2003 Sierra Denali 1500 series with 125k miles never had a problem. Now every morning I pull out of my driveway and when I make a right-hand turn, I hear what sounds like a rubbing noise; i.e., bad bearing, universal joint, something is bad. Took it to the shop. Yes, they heard the noise but it's so minor, they cannot definitely say what is wrong.
Has anyone had anything like this or can you offer any suggestion as to what it may be? Was told the emergency brakes in the rear may have let go. Upon disassembling, they were absolutely perfect. I adjusted them, put in new rotors and pads, so all that is perfect. However, noise is still there.
Another thing, passenger door controls stopped working. Had the passenger door module replaced. Everything works fine except the keyless entry still doesn't work on ANY door - useless. Does this have to be reprogrammed or is there more to this problem?
Thanks for any ideas you can offer.
Mike
