Upgrading factory 17" tires to offroad 20" tires

Hi all, I just wanted to know if anyone upgraded their 2007 or newer Sierra 1500 w off road 20" tires. I am looking to replace my existing 17's to 20's w off road Nitto tires. Any suggestions on if they fit right and ride without issues? Any recommedndations?
