I just dropped a 305 v8 into my Jimmy And I am having timming issues. I put vortex heads on and a cam to help with power and now my timing seems out. Do I have to adjust my cam and crank marks differently then stock? The cam is a Comp cam part #12-249-4 with valve lift .434intake and .444exhaust.
