We are looking into a 2002 GMC Envoy. It has about 52,000 miles. The retail price is about $16500. The listing price is: $14,450, but is going on sale tomorrow for $13,250. We are going to pay cash and are thinking we could get it for even less than the sale price, however, we are not sure what a good first cash offer would be. Is $10,000 too low to start? Should we start at $12,000? What is a good first offer for paying cash?

I would not if its the aluminum block engine. Cast iron is what you want.
