What should I do with my 93 GMC Jimmy?

I got in a collision with my 93 Jimmy, and now I'm not sure what I should do with it. It was in very good shape, but now either the front axle or the whole frame in the front is bent. The front left wheel is pretty crooked.
The thing is it has a Vortec 4.3 liter engine in it with about 50,000 miles on it, and a re-built tranny that was put in at the same time. I hear this is one of the best engines GMC ever built. I really really like this truck, best car I've ever had, so I would really like to keep it.
I'm just not sure if it is worth fixing? I don't know how much a new axle would cost, so I'm not sure what to do.
Should I just fix it?
Should I take out the engine and transmission and put it in something else?
Or should I sell it and buy a new truck?
Anything helps, thanks a lot!
