Whats everyones mpg?

Hey everyone

Ive done alot of reading and i see alot of people say there sonoma (4.3l) that they are getting terrible fuel economy. they said there lucky to get 400 kms to a tank of gas. I donno aobut them but if you drive like a normal person and dont speed the sonoma is actually amazing on fuel for a v6. I finally had a chance to do an all highway trip and i went from toronto to windsor which if some peole dont know is pretty much right beside detriot. out of 70L tank i managed to crack 802 kms to a tank of gas which is a ratio of 8.8 / 100 kms which I think is amazing! I know city i can easy get over 600
what does everyone else get roughly all highway / city?

For a 1500 mile trip, all interstate, using 87 octane, I got 19mpg unloaded with the air on and doing 70 mph. On the return trip, loaded with a 600 pound load, I got 17 mpg, same conditions.

I've checked both in town and highway mileage with my 2003 ZRX. I get right around 16 MPG city and just a bit over 20 MPG highway. And this is driving conservatively with the A/C running.

2003 ZR2 with 3.73 gears burns about 16 litres/100km. If my math is any good that works out to about 14.7 miles per US gallon or 17.7 miles per Imp gallon. Lousy!

gas bad

i have a 2004 sonoma sls 4 wheel drive i only get 15 mpg not good
thinking of installing dual mufflers to see if that will bring up the mileage rlc

My 1997 2.2 with 160k on the clock still gets about 20 mpg combined. Not too bad I think.
