whats needed if i install a 4 inch spindle lift on my 1989 gmc sierra?

hello, this is my first thread.
i have a 1989 gmc sierra 1500 2wd extended cab 2 door. 5.7 engine.
i want to install a 4inch spindle lift. what exactly do i need?
ive heard i may need new longer shocks,springs etc.
and ive also heard i dont need anything. all i need is the spindles and the rest stays stock. so what exactly is needed?

also i will buy them on ebay no name brand. are they good?

I have heard of drop spindles, but never raised spindles......

Just Googled them, seen to have them on eBay
