The reason that GM makes both GMC and Chevy pick-ups is so that Pontiac, Buick, and Cadillac dealers can sell trucks as well. On the full size models, the GMC trucks come with more standard equipment and have better available options, but they also cost more. The Colorado and Canyon are just the same truck with different badges and trim. I believe they cost the same.
