Savana engine compartment’s circuit breaker, junction block, fuse and relay is located on the engine compartment from the right site of the engine in a black box by the Battery.

fuse box
besides the one in the engine compartment, the main fuse block in under the drivers seat. it's hard to get a good visual, you might want to get the seat out of the way (4 bolts and one harness)
