They are the exact same car. The only difference is the grille and a few options.
Exactly the same vehicle, only difference is the grill and tailgate, little different trim inside. Both rated very poorly compared to other SUV's in this midsized SUV category. Better alternatives would be Toyota 4Runner, Nissan Pathfinder.
