Will 285/65/18 tires fit 2000 GMC Sierra 2500

Right now I have 285/75/16 on my truck. They are 32.8inches tall. The 285/65/18 Nitto Trail Grapplers that I want are 32.6inches tall. My tires now fit just fine with only slight rub when turning wheel all the way to one side. So, the new tires should fit about the same right?

You will probable have to adjust your torsion keys to raise them up if they are all the way down still. But other than that you might have to trim on front bumper (about an inch or so)

the real question is how much wider are the18"rims than the 16"
Sounds like there the same hight.
