I have a 2007 envoy 4.2 v6 4x4 not the EXT model with a bad rear end. Will a 2006 4.2 v6 4x4 non EXT model fit? The scrapyard is saying the 2006 will only fit if it is the ext model. Another source says it will fit. before pulling it I am looking for a positive yes that it will fit. Both have the GU6 code in the glovebox. Did they possibly change something?
