wont start 1999 jimmy

i have a no start issue with my 1999 jimmy 4.3 i changed the fuel pump the rotor the cap the crank sensor and still no start i have fuel pressure and spark to the coil but no spark to the plugs would start but then when it rained it wont start after two days of good weather it would start now it just wont start help please
