Seriously guys, i need some help..i got my door panel off of my drivers side door. Any ideas on my previous post about why my window wont go down and only "ticks" when i push the button..im very upset because i just got the truck and its not working, please help....*cough* Molson *cough*

UN clip the wire harness at the electric motor and see if your getting power when you hit the switch. If you are, then it's a good chance that your electric motor has gone bad and will need to be replaced. If you do not get any power to the harness, then trace it back to see if there is a broken wire like the ground that is keep the electric motor from getting 12 volts. Good luck and keep me posted.

is the electic motor in the part with the buttons or is it held to the actuall door itself?
