What cam is stock for a 1990 GMC Sierra with a chevy 350 engine?

Well i have a 1990 GMC Sierra that has a chevy 350 small block and i want to get more power out of my engine but i need to know what cam comes stock in my engine before i go out and buy a new one... So if you know what it is or how to find out please tell me...

If you cant do either then just tell me what cam would be good for a mild upgrade that wont make the idle sound to choppy (so a mild cam) that will still help my power
