If there is no check engine light on, good chance that your fuel pressure is weak or your fuel pump has gone bad. A bad fuel pump will not set off a check engine light. Start with the simple and check your fuses, the fuel pump fuse is shared with your ECM fuse. The other thing you should notice, is upon start up. When you turn the key on to the run position, you should hear the fuel pump run for 5 seconds to prim the system. If you don't hear the fuel pump come on, your pump is bad or you have no power to the pump due to electrical issues such as a bad ground to the frame which is separate from the fuel sending unit wire harness.
If you have starter fluid, you can spry that in to your air cleaner box and try to start the engine. DON"T spray it down the throttle body, if you get a flash throughout your upper intake, the fire could damage your poppet injectors since there made of plastic. That would be a costly repair on top of your fuel pump. If the engine starts till the starter fluid runs out, then it's your fuel pump and your ignition system is good to go.
P.S start with the simple also and try replacing your fuel filter, it's located under the driver's door at the inside frame rail.

Dirty fuel filter can restrict the flow of the fuel that the engine will not start or put to much load on the fuel pump and cause the ECM fuse to blow.
