Hello, I have 1999 GMC Jimmy. The key is stuck and no power. I got the key out by pressing the button under the colum. But it will not crank, no lights no headlights the radio wont even work, power windows wont work. Charged the battery and even tried to jump, also it will not let me take it out of park. Can anyone help??

You may have melted a "fusible link" somewhere in the wires. Most are near the starter, but on you Jimmy it's number 32 in the link under the battery tray. They are usually red wires with a black splice on them. All should have power on them.

Also, you may have a bad ignition switch. They had a lot of problems with these as well. Good luck and here is a link to your electrical wire.
