4.3 v6 W vin, engine turns over but wont start, it has fuel pressure, there is spark, the distributor is ok, replaced all plugs and cables, the spark plugs are wet with gasoline... even the new ones. timing is right.

scanned for dtc's but only found cylinder misfire , and other code about evap

what else should i check?

Check your fuel pressure at the shredder valve, you should have 62-65 PSI and should drop about 5 PSI when the engine is running. What you have described with the spark plugs wet with gas is a bad fuel pressure regulator and is leaking fuel in to your upper intake platinum and flooding out your engine.

Simple test is when you prim your fuel line, and your have 62-65 PSI, turn the ignition keys to the off position and time how fast you lost your fuel pressure. If the pressure drops fast, then your fuel pressure regulator needs to be replaced.

The bad news is the fuel pressure regulator in a part of the fuel injection system that is in your upper intake platinum, the good news is that, it's serviceable and the fuel pressure regulator is not that expensive to buy.

Keep me posted and be glad to help you get your Jimmy running 100% again soon.
