Hypertech max energy

i guess that didn't make much sense. I have an 06 sierra 1500 and recently bought a hypertech programer. I'm not very familiar with shift points and hesitant to play around with them. Im trying to get the best performance gains possible without damaging my transmission. if anyone can help me with this i would really appreciate it

You can't go wrong with the programmer, just start playing with it and make any changes you want to it. The Hypertech programmer will not let you do anything that will hurt the performance of your Sierra, it has set perimeters in to it's programs that all you have to do is plug and play.
