Best year for GMC Jimmy/Chevy Blazer?

What year GMC Jimmy/Blazer's came best equipped from the factory? My budget wont allow for anything too new, only up to like a 95.

Try to get 96 to 98 Jimmy or Blazer, 95 was an odd ball year and the 99 had the air injection system that was giving many owners emission testing issue when the air pump failed due to corrosion or was flooded with water. :eek:
