Hey guys, I'm new to the forum. Just bought a 91 jimmy s10 and it has a problem with the turn signals. I figured it was the flasher so I replaced it but no go. So I replaced the bulbs also and nothing, checked fuses and wiring and can't find anything wrong. Strange thing is that the hazard lights work just fine. So if you guys have any ideas I would really appreciate your input, thanks in advance.

If your lucky, the contacts in multifunction lever windshield wiper headlight dimmer signal combination switch (the turn signal unit) are dirty from the grease used and can be cleaned with a contact cleaner. At worst your going to have to replace the turn signal unit and you can buy the replacement unit at Auto Zone, they will have the instructions for you to get the job done with common tools. ;) http://www.monsterautoparts.com/_images/STEERING COLUMN/d6259c.jpg

Good luck and keep us posted.
