hi i have a 2004 gmc sierra 1500 lower with rear air shocks.. does anyone out there knows about suspension.. and how to make my front and rear suspension more stiff..thanks

Install a set of http://www.monroe.com/products/reflex_truck.asp, it's what i am using on my Jimmy which is also lowered. The http://store.edelbrock.com/truckandsuvapplications.aspx do the same, but i found them to be more expensive at the time i bought the Reflex.

If your bushings are bad, replace them with polyurethane bushings. You can pick us the bushings at Auto Zone or PArts Source. For the front sew bay end links, buy the kit. The sway bar end link bushing kits are about $45.00 for both sides.
