2002 GMC Envoy SLT - 4WD issue

Hello everyone,

I just recently acquired a 2002 GMC Envoy SLT with the 4 wheel drive not working. The seller told me he has replaced the transfer case and a bunch of other stuff but they think it is the Front Diff. However, the front diff are made in 3 different ways for the same vehicle and they do not know which one fits my model?

first off, does this make sense and could it be the front diff causing the 4WD not to work? And if so, how would I be able to match the part I need for this model it to be fixed? Thanks in advanced.

Good luck and keep us posted, oh check the 4wd fuse also.
