2000 GMC Sierra vibration.?

My 2000 GMC Sierra has a pretty severe vibration in either the transmission or transfer case. I know it is not a wheel bearing or a bad u-joint because it only does it when when I am in the gas. It also does not do it in first gear and fourth gear. Please somebody try to help me diagnose this problem because I need my truck to get to school every day. THANKS!

Replace your transmission mount, there not that expansive and that's where your issue may be at.
