Front differential

Anyone know where I might find a good used front differential for my 2000 GMC sierra 1500. Code is GT5 for 4.11 gears.

Call your Local Salvage Yards, they can also do a search for you with other Salvage Yards nation wide for what your looking for.

Hey Molson I went to my local salvage yard today and they found one. Not very cheap $650 bucks not knowing if it's good or not.

Call around my friend and they should have 90 warranty on the parts. There are so many vehicles new and old that find there way in the salvage yards everyday that you should be able bargain on the price.

Good luck and keep me posted, I used to go to the Salvage Yard at Warham MA for any parts i needed. http://www.robertsonautosalvage.com/ Give them a try and there price seems to be reasonable.

I remember we took a Scrap 02 ford lightning there with a good drive train for $7000.00 and swapped it in a Navigator for a customer. We charged him i think around $25,000 for the swap with the engine being freshened up. ;)
